Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what information LambirAz Studio (the "Service"), operated by LambirAz in Baku, Azerbaijan, processes when a TikTok account is connected to it, and why.
In short: the Service only handles the store's own product media and the minimum TikTok account data needed to upload drafts. We do not sell data, show ads, or access other TikTok users' content.
1. Information we process
- TikTok account data: when you sign in with TikTok, we receive an access token and basic profile information (such as your open ID, display name and avatar) through the permissions you approve.
- Media and captions: the product photos and videos you choose to upload, and the captions and hashtags prepared for them.
- Product information: product names, prices and stock levels from the store's own inventory, used to write accurate captions.
We do not collect data about your followers, messages, or other TikTok users.
2. How we use it
- To upload your media to your TikTok account as drafts at your request.
- To prepare caption suggestions for your review.
- To keep a local record of what was uploaded and when.
3. Where it is stored and who processes it
- Owner's computer: TikTok access tokens, the media archive and upload records are stored locally on the store owner's device.
- TikTok: uploaded media is sent to TikTok and handled under TikTok's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare: photos are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 so TikTok can retrieve them, and are deleted after upload.
- Anthropic: media and product details are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to draft captions, under Anthropic's commercial terms and privacy policy.
4. Retention
Temporary photo copies on Cloudflare are deleted after upload. Access tokens are kept until they expire or you disconnect the Service. Local upload records are kept for the store's business records and can be deleted at any time.
5. Your choices
You can revoke the Service's access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions. After revocation the Service can no longer upload to your account. You can ask us to delete any information we hold by emailing us.
6. Security
Credentials are stored outside source code in protected configuration files, and communication with TikTok, Cloudflare and Anthropic is encrypted over HTTPS.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy; the date above shows the latest version.
