Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of LambirAz Studio (the "Service"), a content tool operated by LambirAz, an online store based in Baku, Azerbaijan ("we", "us"). By connecting a TikTok account to the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service helps the LambirAz store prepare posts about its own products. It analyses product photos and videos supplied by the store, drafts captions and hashtags with the help of artificial intelligence, and uploads the media to the connected TikTok account as drafts. Every draft is reviewed, edited and published manually by the account owner in the TikTok app. The Service does not publish content automatically.

2. Who may use it

The Service is intended for use by LambirAz and people it authorises to manage its TikTok account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the right to act on behalf of the connected account.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You may only upload photos and videos that you own or have the right to use.
• You are responsible for reviewing every draft, including AI-generated captions, before publishing it.
• Content must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and branded content rules, and with applicable law, including consumer protection and advertising rules.
• You keep all rights to your content. You grant us only the permission needed to process and upload it on your instruction.

4. TikTok

The Service uses TikTok's official developer APIs with the permissions you grant during sign-in. LambirAz Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms. You can disconnect the Service at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions.

5. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop the Service at any time, for example if TikTok changes its APIs. We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated captions may contain errors and must be checked before use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content published from the connected account.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
